Because each piece is created, handled, and packaged with care, all sales are considered final. However, I want you to feel confident and cared for when purchasing.

Originals and One-of-a-Kind Artwork

All original artworks are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Prints

Prints are also final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48hrs of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage and packaging

If damage occurred during shipping, I will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered. I am not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages
• Delays caused by the carrier

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
